This three-day course will help those individuals who have worked on projects in a narrow capacity to understand the complexity of the project management processes. They will be introduced to the terms and industry practices with in all the knowledge areas and domains.

Audience

This course is designed for individuals in various job roles who have a basic knowledge of project management, and who participate in small to medium projects.
