Windows Server Containers is an OS virtualization technology from Microsoft that is available from Windows Server 2016 onwards. Windows Server Containers are lightweight processes that are isolated from each other and have a similar view of the OS, processes, filesystem, and network.

During this seminar, Rafiq Wayani will highlight and demonstrate the exponential benefits of using Containers. Just as virtualization did during the last decade, containers have been changing the technological implementation landscape along with fundamentally how machines are deployed, used and utilization metrics gathered.
