Microsoft SharePoint Lunch & Learn
Date: Tuesday, April 24, 2018
Time: Noon – 1:00 PM
Location: 8700 State Line Road, Suite 200, Leawood, KS
There is so much to Microsoft SharePoint! If you are just recreating folders and subfolders, money is being wasted on this powerful platform that offers far greater potential for increased efficiencies and communication.
How do you get end users onboard with the platform’s capabilities? After years of said users working with folders and file sharing, it can be hard to convince them to change. The key to helping make change happen is giving them a WIIFM!
Join us for the upcoming SharePoint Lunch & Learn, led by Centriq Instructor Karla Sharp, to discover ways to WIIFM your users. This will include using metadata, views, and web parts, see how to “serve it up on a silver platter,” all without coding or third party apps.
We will also dive into:
- Why folders are a bad idea in SharePoint
- How to present the right information to the right person
- How to present data when it is current and relevant
- Get out of Email and use SharePoint!
After this session, you will have the information needed to convert your stubborn end-users with a long lasting love for folders into avid SharePoint evangelists.
We hope 1 – 2 people from your company will be able to attend.
Lunch will be provided by Centriq starting at Noon; the presentation will begin at 12:15.
