“Great teaching skills, Can really relate most questions to a real-life experience.”

“The first week was amazing. It wasn’t too serious where you felt like running away. Frank introduced new material on the tech side slowly and it came together a later time rather than be the next day or later that class.”

“Our classroom was the best environment I have ever been a part of a learning facility. A lot of meaningful questions were asked, and the time was taken out to really explain what was asked.”

“I don’t think I would change anything this week on content.”

“Instructor Pflumm is VERY good at communication skills and professionalism. He is polite, positive, and entertaining as well personality-wise”

James Caldwell – Front-End Development 2 – Days

He goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need, whether that’s explaining topics several times over to ensure understanding, providing additional resources, or even recreating resources for us. After 4 weeks under his instruction, I no longer feel like an imposter. Because of him and the knowledge he has given me, I am confident I can do this. Thanks for being awesome!”

Chad Johnson – Windows System Administration 2 – Days

“For the first week switching over to fully online, I think it was a HUGE challenge for the instructor to take on and it was a challenge that he did very good at accepting and overcoming. As challenging as this week as I have zero complaints about the instructor of the course considering how much of a challenge he faced I think he did a great job and was patient and extremely helpful. Even though he doesn’t own a Husky he’s has done a great job this week.”

“Did a good job”

“Instructor did a great job explaining the content and keeping the classroom engaged and interested.”

“given the lemons we’ve been handed in this time, the instructor is making delicious lemonade.”

“Caleb George has been very helpful this week helping through our project build and structure. Our first 2 days were virtual which was something of a new experience for our class, and Caleb was there to keep everyone on track and doing the right things. In the classroom, he does a good job of keeping the overall project on track.”

“Very cool to work with a real physical server this week. Turning it on, booting up through a USB, plugging in the AV cords and manually loading the OS was a cool experience.”

“Technology is the classroom is great. It is nice to be able to have the day to day hardware available to utilize.”

“Under the circumstances that we are going through, Chris has done an amazing job, He has gone above and beyond to help us through this tough time.”

“Chuck did great with the challenges of “distance learning”, couldn’t have asked for more.”

“We began online classes this week in response to COVID-19, so learning was a non-traditional but really great. Chuck made excellent use of the available tools, and he presented everything clearly and concisely. I gained a strong understanding of MVC and am ready to finish it up in MVC3 next week.”

“Great job, Chuck!”

“I think we did quite well for having to do online learning this week. A lot of it was not ideal for me, but it eventually grew on me. The chat worked well for us in asking questions. Debugging was a little more difficult but we pulled through it. I was a lot of information to learn via virtual learning which I think may have slowed me down a little bit. Chuck, I think you did a great job with distance learning!”

Matt Neilsen – Windows System Administration 1 – Days (STL)

“Matt is knowledgeable and very adaptable, given the circumstances affecting our class. It probably isn’t easy to shift a class presentation developed for a physically present body of students over to an internet classroom, but I’d say Matt has succeeded in that regard.”

“Matt worked very well under the current circumstances of having to deal with an online classroom due to the virus. He made sure everyone had a good understanding of what was being taught and very willing to answer any questions we had on the subjects as well.”

“Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, our campus was shut down so classes were administered virtually. Given that, my classroom this week (and for the foreseeable future) was my living room. That’s just fine by me.”

“Caleb really knows his stuff and was able to convey information in a clear and concise manner. He along with Chad Johnson and Jim MacAuley is very capable and engaging instructors.”

“Did a good job explaining and helping us understand any questions we had during class. Very knowledgeable in setting server items up with PowerShell and helped teach us and help us understand the PowerShell cmdlets we used and how to properly use them.”

“We were not in a classroom, but using teams it was easier to see the instructors screen and using chat to communicate and post screenshots if any questions arise worked out very well.”

“I appreciate the fact that whenever I had a question or was unclear on some networking process or another, rather than just giving me the answer directly, the gentlemen were ready to respond with questions in order to get my own brain working towards the solution. This tends to be better for me in order to solidify my own understanding of the problem and why the solution is what it is.”

Jeff Overhaug – Windows System Administration 3 – Evenings (KC)

“Jeff O is on another level, he holds an extreme level of knowledge. All he wants to do is share that knowledge, no matter how long it takes. His selflessness and attention to detail are what make this school great to come to. Centriq holds some great instructors, but Jeff is miles ahead of them all. Some have the ability to motivate, the problem with that is motivation is temporary. Jeff is inspirational and can bring the best out of anyone. Thank you for what you do for us every day Jeff, it is noticed and appreciated!”
