Hi! My name is Jordan Felix. I am a hardworking, hard playing individual who enjoys a good audiobook, playing my guitar, and being a supporting husband for my wife and her business. I was born and raised in the Metro East area and attended Southwestern Illinois College for Music Education before plunging into the work force. I have always let my curiosity drive my passions and, after dabbling in some online networking courses, I knew that I wanted to get serious about a career in IT.
Hi! I’m Dylan, I have been a Kansas native since birth, growing up in Olathe, Lawrence and even Ottawa. Before coming to Centriq I worked in warehouse and logistics for about 7 years. I always knew that warehouse working was never going to be the place I wanted to stay, so I decided to take it into my own hands and finally work in technology. Working in the IT field is something I have wanted since I was a child trying to figure out my mother’s computer. I cannot wait to see the future that is unfolded in front of me!
I came to Kansas City to study Music Education and as much as I loved the teachings, I quickly found the career field wasn’t a fit for me.
Since then I’ve been problem-solving on the daily as a restaurant manager and found I most enjoyed analyzing, deconstructing, and finally solving big, complex problems.
Of course as I learned that about myself, the transition to programming was almost a no-brainer.
It was an instant fit and I love it more every day!
Hello!! My name is Dakota Oney! I recently moved up to Kansas from Waco, TX to start a family with my wife. Before coming to Centriq I worked in the screen-printing industry for about seven years. A large part of my job involved being at my computer, responding to emails and creating artwork using different design software. After I eventually left that job, working with my computer was something I deeply missed and that has been rekindled thanks to Centriq.
I’m Bryan Clingan. I was born and raised in Kansas City. Growing up I was very active in Boy Scouts and achieved the rank of Eagle in 2016. I was employed at QuikTrip for four years after high school, with two years in Kansas City. After which, I was promoted to assistant manager and I was sent to Austin, TX to open a brand-new market for QuikTrip in the area. Once COVID-19 hit I began to think about other career options that would allow me to challenge myself and that I had a personal interest in.

My name is James Glover. I am originally from Wichita, Kansas. I spent 10 years in the Army as an artilleryman and decided to settle in Kansas City because I love the area. I briefly attended Wichita State University and worked various warehouse jobs before I joined the Army in 2010. I have always had a fascination with programming, so I decided to pursue a degree in computer science during my time in the Army which I completed last summer.
My name is Jason Ashley. I have lived in Kansas City for the last 20 years. The past 7 years I spent as the Director of Operations for a large church on Ward Parkway, managing the day-to-day, paying the bills, managing staff, etc. I enjoyed my time, learning a lot but had reached the top of my potential there. I desired more challenges, more opportunities for growth and professional development. Over the years, I have built small networks, many computers for others and enjoyed it as a hobby. I am super excited to learn, grow and develop in the IT profession.
Hello, my name is John Swift. Before taking the dive into technology I worked in government at a Parks and Recreation department and the insurance industry. I started out being self-taught while focusing on front-end development but decided to come to Centriq to expand my abilities.
