Sandy Bentch - Business IT & Desktop Applications Specialist

Sandy is a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) with over 25 years of experience as a consultant and instructor. Sandy also has a Master’s of Business Administration from UMKC. She has taught a wide variety of classes, including Project Management Essentials, Office 2003/2007/2010, Crystal Reports, and ITIL v3 Foundations. Sandy enjoys learning new technologies, customizing content for clients, and engaging her students with an interactive teaching style.
