Charles Wheatley - Java Expert

Charles Wheatley has been a Technical Educator for over 15 years, but his experience with technology and engineering extends far beyond that. He began his career in engineering and had the opportunity while at Lockheed to work in the Simulation Laboratory at the Johnson Space Center. After that, he developed software for electric utility power control systems, engineering systems, and scientific systems for other large firms. In the early 1990’s, Charles changed his focus to full-time technical training, consulting, and courseware development. He has taught hundreds of students and consulted for many companies across the United States. His areas of expertise include Java, Unix, Perl, OOAD and Design Patterns, C/C++, XML, HTML, and JavaScript. He enjoys engaging his students with his relaxed, yet enthusiastic style that emphasizes real-world application of subject matter.
