Centriq is a few short blocks off I-435 and directly across the street from the restaurants and shopping of Ward Parkway Mall (Click for directions). Ample parking is available free of charge and public transportation routes (Bus route #51 Ward Pkwy Mall) are on the doorstep as are major throughways to all parts of the city. Only minutes from Kansas City’s famous Plaza area and 20 minutes from the newly renovated Downtown, your choice of accommodations and amenities are accessible by walking or short drive.

Occupying an entire city block, our 32,000 square feet, 15 classrooms facility can accommodate nearly 300 students with room sizes from 5 to 50. Centriq classrooms are designed to comfortably hold classes and events of various sizes  and can be configured to the exact specifications and number of students required by our expert trainers and classroom set-up department.

Authorized exam conditions are available at our Prometric Certified Testing center and our 50 seat seminar room is available for both large group training and outside rental for local user groups and other functions.

All students have access to our spacious common areas and student break lounge. Students can relax, make phone calls, answer emails, catch up on the news or even shoot some baskets! A breakfast and freshly baked afternoon cookies are provided free-of-charge each day. The lounge includes a student refrigerator, microwave, snack/soda vending machine and of course FREE COFFEE all day everyday!

Our classrooms are equipped with the most advanced computer hardware available, multiple broadband Internet connections and digital projections systems – all the necessary high-tech equipment for an optimal learning environment. To insure optimal technical delivery at all times Centriq employs a team of full-time on site, certified classroom training technicians to ensure the smooth set up an delivery of all our training classes.

Training Infrastructure - Microsoft Level 6
Centriq continually invests in our state-of-the-art infrastructure to provide the most up-to-date training on the lastest technologies. Training is available for the highest technical levels of Microsoft products in a variety of classrooms at Centriq that meet Microsoft Level 6 training requirement specifications.

Permanent Cisco Lab –
Only at Centriq!  Our “hands on” Cisco lab is equipped with 2811 routers, 3550 switches and two wireless LAN 2600 controllers. Two students work with one pod consisting of one router and one switch and each student has four data drops at their station. There is one enterprise network setup through the instructor working as the “corporation”. This “hands on” training method provides students with a learning experience with significantly more impact that any virtual or remote method, a unique lab set up in Kansas City.
