Application Developer in C# .NET

The Application Developer in C# .NET IT Career Track is an intensive 12 week program designed to give students the knowledge and job skills required to immediately contribute to the support of a business’ design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer systems and software. The program focuses on four distinct areas: Fundamentals, Database Development, Web Development and Business/Soft Skills. The curriculum is designed to give the students the skill sets typically associated with those attributable to the new Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification.

.NET Developer Project Description

The .NET Developer Project generally challenges the student to create an original multitier web application that includes requirements gathering, data tier design, programmatic data access layer incorporated with data access objects, and presentation in a rich webbased front end. The project generally takes approximately 30 hours and must be approved by the instructor in order to be considered complete.
